• 2 ounces (56g) soft tofu
• ½ cup (125mL) non fat plain yogurt
• ½ cup (125mL) strawberries
• ½ cup (125mL) Minute Maid Orange Juice
Place all ingredients into a blender. Blend on high speed until thoroughly blended.
