Wellness Turkey Salad Bowl

Ingredients

•    2 tbsp (25 mL) Renée’s Wellness Pom-Berry Dressing
•    2 tbsp (25 mL) each yogurt, low-fat mayonnaise and finely chopped green onion
•    3 cups (750 mL) Butterball Frozen Turkey, cubed cooked breast
•    1 cup (250 mL) halved grapes
•    ½ cup (125 mL) each chopped peeled carrot and celery
•    ¼ cup (50 mL) each golden raisins and chopped walnuts
•    2 small cantaloupes, halved and seeded
•    1 tsp (5 mL) flax or poppy seeds

Directions

Whisk together dressing, yogurt, mayonnaise and green onion; set aside.
Toss dressing mixture with turkey, grapes, carrot, celery, raisins and walnuts. Divide the salad between the cantaloupe halves. Sprinkle with flax seeds.
